• Reserved time each week. Unused hours do not roll over

• Monthly retainers are prepaid and lock in your rate for that month.
• Each tier includes development, testing, and support time
• Light consulting or planning may count toward hours depending on project scope
• Additional hours beyond the retainer may be billed separately at the standard hourly rate, pending availability.
• Scheduling is first-come, first-served based on tier. Advance notice is required for time-sensitive deliverables.
• Retainers may be canceled with 14 days' notice. No refunds for unused time in the current billing cycle.
• Billable time includes active development, planning, debugging, documentation, and reasonable communication.
• Final deliverables include:
