We offer a 30-day refund policy on digital products such as software code. You may request a refund within 30 days of your purchase if you are unsatisfied with the product or encounter technical issues we cannot resolve.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund:
- You must contact us at hello@codingcoast.shop within 30 days of your purchase.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
- Refunds will not be granted for:
- Accidental purchases.
- Lack of technical knowledge or inability to use the product.
- Change of mind after download or access.

If your refund is approved, the amount will be returned to your original payment method. Refunds typically take up to 10 business days depending on your provider.

Damages and Issues
If your download is corrupted or the code is non-functional, please contact us immediately at hello@codingcoast.shop. We’ll do our best to fix the issue or offer a replacement or refund if necessary.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Products delivered as part of a bundle with discounted pricing.
- Custom-developed software or personalized builds.
- Source code where download or access has been logged.
- Gift cards or promotional credits.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request a refund for the original item, and once approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you are located in the EU, you have the right to cancel or request a refund within 14 days of purchase. However, this right does not apply once the download or access to the digital product has begun, in accordance with EU digital content consumer laws.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve reviewed your refund request and let you know if it was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
